Tranquil area, very central location adjacent to a quiet residential area between the centre of Split, and cars / taxi. Amicable, best people working here. Beautiful building and rooms with view of harbour.

Very old bathroom.

The room is spotless, brand-new, and includes a refrigerator, tea/coffee making equipment, and a writing table. the bathrooms are excellent. the hotel has a magnificent location near the Palace, city center, and old town.

Wonderful experience there. Pleasant and absolutely charming accommodation with stunning setting next to the beach area, and the old town walking distance. A great selection of food at the breakfast, including tea, slices of fresh bread, pastries, fresh fruit, and eggs. Very attentive staff throughout.

The location is unbeatable, as it is so close to main attractions, historical sites, the harbor, and Marjan forest. the rooms have a view of the harbor and are reasonably large. - the breakfast or a drink in the bedroom was a nice touch.

The deluxe queen room was beautiful and comfy with the terrace. I enjoyed the view over the sea from my balcony. - the staff was lovely, really kind. - the location was brilliant and stunning, at a walking distance from a large fortress.

Got a tidy and pretty spacious room on one of the higher floors. the staff was really attentive, and even the owner was great 👍.

The central location near restaurants and bars, the modern rooms with a drink, sofa, and modern bathroom made for an enjoyable stay.

Had a fantastic Easter getaway! The owners went above and beyond to make our stay special, serving us breakfast early and making it absolutely delicious. The location was superb, with breathtaking views of the city and port. Loved exploring the nearby attractions and dining at the wonderful restaurants. The terrace provided a beautiful setting for breakfast, and the room was spotlessly clean. Can't wait to return!

Only one minor issue during our stay - when we first arrived, there was a slight odor coming from the bathroom floor drain. However, it disappeared after running the water for a while.
